Sunset Memory Gardens is the most preferred cemetery for Charlotte and the surrounding area. The cemetery consists of 90 acres and performs over 200 entombments, interments, or inurnments annually. We are privileged to have been serving families for over 60 years.
Sunset presently has seven traditional side-by-side burial gardens. Each section features mature trees and manicured shrubbery which translates into a stately, park-like atmosphere.
Sunset Memory Gardens also offers the Custom Built Burial Chamber program. This is the most sensible and economical method of burial. The custom built burial chamber program is available in the Garden of Love and the Garden of Gethsemane.
Above-ground entombment is available in the Temple of All Faiths Mausoleum. This community mausoleum makes above ground entombment affordable to most families.
More and more people are selecting cremation for their final arrangements. To meet this demand Sunset has developed two cremation columbariums – The Faith Columbarium and The Good Shepherd Columbarium.
