Sandra Elaine Tobias

Sandra "Sandy" Elaine (Fabian) Tobias, aged 59 and beloved wife of Paul K. Tobias, Jr., peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at her residence in Kutztown, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of Edward F. Fabian, Sr., and the late Mary Ann (Peterka) Fabian.

Sandy found joy in visiting the Villas at the Jersey Shore and had a passion for crabbing. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Cooking for her family also brought her immense happiness, and she treasured their time together.

Surviving alongside her husband of 41 years, Paul, are her daughters Amanda R. Solt, wife of the late Jason M. Solt; Ashley N. Kunkel; and "Daughter #3" Courtney A. Long. She is also survived by her sister Susan M. Myers, wife of Wayne, Sr.; brother Edward F. Fabian Jr., husband of Denise; sister Mary Ann Nickle, wife of Tim; brother David B. Fabian Sr., fiancé of Sylvia Sharp; brother Michael S. Fabian, husband of Becky; grandchildren Cameron Michael and Alexa Riley Kunkel; and her 3 godsons Dan Iles, Mike Iles, and Josh Fabian. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her brother, Paul A. Fabian, Sr.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, commencing at 9:00 AM with a viewing, followed by the burial service at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home, located at 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown. Father Sylvester Peterka will preside, and burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, 701 Farmington Ave., Pottstown, following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter ALS donation
